Hi all

Another question

Last year i had a new shower and pipe work fitted by a local company which cost me £350 including the shower
Last week my tenant called me and said she had just had a shower and there is water coming from the shower,i called the company and asked him to have a look, they have been out and inspected it and today i have received a bill for £40 + vat total £47.00.
With a report saying that the shower has been taken apart and closely inspected and no water was found to be leaking from this area and that the cause of it was the bath wasn't grouted properly.

I appreciate his advise but whats the £47.00 for can he get away with this as i only asked him to check his work over i find this so bloody annoying especially when i am now being charged £7.00 for looking at something can this be possible.I hope i dont have to pay for this as its not about the money its the principle of it,how does this guy get any work
