Good afternoon,
please can you advise me what needs to be done with regards to tenancy agreements deposits etc. when a landlord changes address?
At the moment we still own the property on all the leases but it will soon be rented out.

Allso we wish to take a guarantor to small claims court. She lives in Scotland but the property she is guarantor for is in Blackburn.
Can we use Blackburn County Court?
