Hi,
I was recently approached by my letting agent whom is branching out into the BMV market. They would like to offer me a property BMV & use their approved solicitor for the legal work.

I need only £7000 for the legal fees, finders fee, conveyancing and so on. There is enough equity in the property to please the banks as the property is so BMV.
The rent covers the mortgage and so on!

I smell a rat here, we all seen the fraudsters documented by the BBC documentaries. This sounds way to familiar and the team must be a few years behind the news. This scam is over.

Beware Folks

But who knows, maybe its possible.
