Hello

We have a tennant who was on a six months AST Which ended on 22nd October She gave us notice on the 3rd October saying she would be moving out on the 22nd October,We wrote back to hear saying we needed a months notice on a rent payment day.

So we said that her rent will need to be paid upto the 22nd November and then her deposit will be paid within 10 days of this date.

Is this correct ?
