Thanks for the message Dave. If I am not mistaken, this applies to deposits received after a certain date last year? If the deposit has been held on a rolling basis since the tenants moved in April 2005 and each new tenant has remimbursed the previous tenant, does this still apply? given that the contracts have been signed on an annual and rolling basis with new tenants? or should I just assume that the new rules apply now that I am signing a contract directly with them?
