1. You are paid to sign up the gas & electricity services for your tenants.
2. You are paid when tenants take up landline, mobile or broadband options.
3. You are paid commission on everything that your tenants spend during the
tenancy.
4. Your monthly commission tracks payments of Tenant's Direct Debits.
5. Statement acts as an additional check on payment irregularities.

8. Tenants take their Utility Warehouse membership with them when vacating the
premises and will continue at a new address - You still get paid for this.

distributor.
10. You are paid a further commission on the sales these new Utility Warehouse
Distributors make.
There is a joining fee of £199.75 which includes all materials and free access to all
training courses.
