A tenant has moved out of a property leaving 300 arrears. Four weeks prior to moving out the tenant agreed to a weekly payment plan that she has duly stuck to. However, the landlord has now said that he wants the arrears clearing in full from her deposit. The tenant wants to continue to stick to the payment plan.
