Hi there,
my tenant has left my property and there is some damage present.
I've been looking for some information on your website on how to calculate damage costs. As I understand it these costs should be apportioned in some manner based on age and life expectancy. Can you please explain and point me to where i can get some detailed information which will enable me to make deductions which are fair and reasonalble.
