trying to get a bond off previous letting agent

We have a landlord who came to us in January with two properties which were managed by a local agent.

He wrote to the agents informing them that he was changing agent , asking them to send all documentation through to us along with the bonds which were protected by the tenancy deposit scheme.The tenants also wrote to the agent requesting the transfer of the bonds .They sent all the documentation and the bond for one property but after many letters and phone calls we are still waiting for the other bond .

Any suggestions as to what we can do about this .
