In the County Court accelerated possession procedure, cliam form N5B -claim form for possession of property (assured shorthold tenancy) section 7B.(d) referrs to the tennancy deposit protection. - you must provide evidence that deposit is safeguarded.

My problem is that I have secured the deposit with "my deposits" scheme but I havn't done so within the two week statuary period.

the tennancy began on 18/05/09. deposit paid on 20/07/09, deposit protected on 27/08/09 due partly to there being a technical fault with the MyDeposits website.

will this effect my claim for possession through the county court.
