TENANTS WISH TO LEAVE AFTER A HAPPY 2 YEAR STAY. I HAVE NO EXPERIENCE OF RETREIVING A DEPOSIT FROM DPS. SHOULD I AGREE A LEAVE DATE WITH TENANTS, INSPECT AND DO INVENTORY ON THAT DAY AND THEN REQUEST REFUND OF DEPOSIT LESS DAMAGES AND POST ON TO TENANTS NEW ADD. ALTERNATIVELY DO I REQUEST REFUND BEFORE THAT AND GIVE TO TENANTS AS THEY LEAVE - ASSUMING NO DAMAGES TO DEDUCT. THANKS SAM
