Hi, Please could you advise me what to do when one of my tenants wants to move out but the other would like to stay in. There is a replacement tenant. I have done a deed of assignment but would i have to do anything regarding the deposit? It has been protected with My Deposits since March when they moved in. What do i do about the new tenant? Do i just leave it as it is? The leaving tenant knows he must pay the other tenant for any damage which we may deduct for upon them vacating. The new tenat will pay the outgoing tenant his part of the deposit.
Kind Regards
