Hi
For registering a new property one needs an end date to the tenancy. Surely, there is no end date. The tenancy has an initial period of, say, a year, after which it reverts to periodic tenancy which will only expire if either party gives notice ( one or two months).
What shall I enter in the end date? I obvbiously don't want to pay the fee each year ( which will make it more expensive than existing schemes!).
Please advise
Y Fleming
