If a tenant abandons a property and leaves it full of furniture, how long should the items be left before our agent clears it out. The agent has spoken to the ex-tenant who has told them that he does not want the items but the agent says he has to comply with ARLA regulations and not empty the property immediately. Are there any regulations and if so, what are they?
