I have had the same tenants in one property for nearly 3 years. I heard somewhere that if I do not issue a new AST at the 3 year point, the tenant will start to accrue rights of occupancy that may affect my ability, at some point, to ask her to leave and regain possession of my property. Can anyone advise please as to whether or not this is true?? Thanks
