My tenant has been given a date 1st April to vacate the property. She has been agressive over the phone and says she is not xyz going. I am worried about going there on own. Is there an agency or service I can call upon to accumpany me to the house to sign her out. I am prepared to get the bailifs after that date for the next battle but the law states we have to go through this performance first. Advice please, Its a job I would not like to subject my friends to.
