I am concerned that one of my tenants is acting strangely - there are no issues at all regarding payment of rent etc but all he behaves oddly and refuses to have his mail delivered to his house and will give out no telephone details . He won't have a dustbin and takes all his rubbish to the tip himself . He won't let me in to do repairs . In some respects he is a model tenant but I am worried that he may be hiding something - is there anyay I can check his status - could he be on some kind of offenders register and if so, how do I find out - SHOULD I find out - I do not want to shelter an offender . If I tell the Police about him , he may be totally innocent and I will loose an eccentric if good tenant - I am confused !!!
