Does a landlord gas safety certificate have to be legally completed on the day the previous certificate expires? I have used the same gas guy for the past few years and can rely on him in an emergency but have just checked with him and he hasn't done them yet (4 properties) despite me telling when they were due and giving him notice of this.Also when i asked if he was on new register he said yes but that the new certificates weren't available yet, is this correct?
