I rent houses based on me paying all the bills and providing individual contracts for different rooms. Is using assured shorthold tenanacy agreement 2008 ok but i use seperate agreements for each person. Also I cross out two rent payments & put in 1 + 1/2 as I only take extra 1/2 rent payment up front to get round deposits.
would all this still stand up in court if something went wrong with someone or should I change the way I do things.
