I have a tenant that moved in in 2007 when I didn't protect the deposit but took the last months rent. I now want to protect it before 5th May.

They are refusing to give me any information re another address and contact telephone numbers.

Do I go ahead and put in the details that I had from them in 2007?

Also if they refuse to sign to say they have received the prescribed information where do I stand?
