Hi,

I use the RLA Assured Shorthold tenancy agreement for my tenants. It is a 6 month tenancy. One tenant has given notice that he will be leaving. If no replacement tenant is found before his departure date does that mean that I am entitled to keep the deposit? (He pays his rent on time and we keep a 6 week deposit).
