I got told 2 days ago that my tenant was moving out, today he told me that he's moving out on 1 Jul. Where do I stand? The deposit I hold is from a previous tenant (there were 3 originally) who will want the full lot back but his deposit is part of it! He's never paid her off and I wasn't giving it back until he paid the new deposit. Is this right?
