I am sorry to hear that Michael.

Its a further blow I know, but think ahead things that go down also bounce back. In six months time it will be like it never happened.

You will have a new nice tenant and all will be quiet. Time heals.

The penalty for deposit error is a mandatory 3 x deposit. It might not get that far use delaying tactics and hope the system breaks down.The longer you hold it up the more likely you are to trip up the enemy.
