I am a Landlord preparing to claim a deposit lodged with the DPS.
The tenant agreed I could keep the deposit in lieu of owed rent. I won't get anything from the tenant, he has too many debts.
How should I approach the DPS to claim the deposit. They have sent me a form with 10 sections to provide details, evidence.
The form requires witness by a Solicitor / Witnessor of Oaths, etc., does this cost much money, or are their fees fixed for signature / stamp of document?
