I have been using a company in normanton
They have put 2 tenants into the property and the first paid however there seemd to be a large number of matinence issues
They left and i have had a new tenant the rent has been paid but rather irratically and last year there was a six week break in payments
I have to phone them every month to confirm payment They told us this morning that they would be putting the rent into the account today but when we phoned back to confirm payment they told us that the tenant had not paid since december and they had to wait eight weeks to issue a section 21 ( which i believe is rubbish ) and i asked for the tenants number which they gave me which now is disconnected
I asked for a copy of the section 21 to be emailed to me and all of a sudden they claimed not to have my email address.
If the tenant is claiming hb how will i get the money redirectd to me Or will it b a straight eviction
It has been one story after another with these jokers who constantly lie to me
