Hello Members,

After months of hassel from both the tenant and the courts last week 17th July I gained a Bailiffs Warrent to evict the tenants. Today I have noticed that the tenants have gone.....huraaaah.

Problem....the Bailiffs Clerk informed me that the earliest the warrant can be isseued is the 2nd or 3rd week of September, 2 months from know it's madness. Anyway I need advise on:

1. Do I have the right of access to my property as it is now empty, or do I still have to wait 2 months for the Bailiffs to arrive?

2. If I cannot have access there is a risk of squatters moving in, how do I avoind this?

Advise urgently required, thanks.
