HI RLA,

I hope you can help please?

I just wondered, if you give a Tenant their bond back in full can a Tenant still technically sue you for three months if the bond has been unprotected before the end of the Tenancy please. Or, the fact that the bond has been paid back in full exonerates the Landlord from any claim which the Tenant may try to sue for ie three times the rent.

Huge thanks!!!!

Paul.
