Hi had a tenant 3 months ago.Deposit went to dispute with my deposits and were awarded the full deposit as the cost were more than the deposit paid.Yesterday we recieved a court claim made by the old tenant for his deposit back.We cannot understand how he can take this action as my deposit has already made this descion.Can he still take us to court?
