Hi,

I have a property where the boiler thermostat has caused the heating to be too hot and this has caused condensation in the flat. The thermostat has then caused a leak and the carpet needs to be pulled up for the floor to dry out and a dehumidifier placed in the flat. Am i responsible for rehousing the tenant while the carpet has to be pulled up etc.

Many thanks
Lisa
