I have just started a new year for my student house, fully cleaned by contractors for a good start and the house is a 5* job to begin with.

The guys have called me once to let them in due to a key being locked in & once to start the boiler for them.
On both visits the house was a real state to the point it will attract vermin. If it is like this now I will not want it back in another 11.5 months.

Am I allowed to bring in the contract cleaners mid contract?

Also on every visit I notice they have their girlfriends are there. I have included the bills on this one & they are no doubt showering, using lighting when boyfriend is out and so on!

Any advise on how to treat that one please?
