I have a tenant who has justed moved out. The electricity meter had been changed to a KEYED meter. In order to change it back to a normal meter, I had to spent 1 hour on the phone to the supplier (0875 number) and I had to wait for 4 hours for them (8am - 1pm appointment)to change the meter to a normal meter. I had wasted over 5 hours on this. Can I charge the tenant for my time and phone bill?
Regards,
Yen Ho
