I had a young couple in a house for 6 months. They gave me a months notice.I reminded them that the house must be left as they found it.I found a new tenant who wanted to move in straight away.At the changeover time the tenants left the property in a very dirty state.Rubbish left and filthy kitchen, bathroom and carpets. There was no time to get a proffessional cleaning company to go in but the current tenant has arranged a relative to do it,which took all weekend.I have pictures as proof.I have visited the house and they have done a good job. What do I do regards the previous tenants deposit.Do I return all of it back even though the house was a mess?
