Hi, I have 5 students due to live in the same house, due to sign individual tenancy agreements, all in a couple of weeks. As the rent is all bills inclusive, I would like to put a ceiling on the quarterly bills, which, if exceeded, the whole group would be liable for. My question is: what is the best way to implement this? I do not want a joint tenancy agreement as the students are all 1st years and don't know each other.

Thanks in advance
