Hello

I have found two individuals to rent out the two rooms in my 2 bedroom flat and need to give them tenancy agreements to sign this weekend. Can you please advise if there are standard tenancy agreements for room only let where all bills are included in the rental price?

If the term is for less than 6 months, is there a different consequence for the landlord?
