Hi all,

I have a property which has had a new bath fitted and has been resealed once since it has been fitted. Tenants are 16 stone plus and combined weight of tenant and water when they are bathing/showering is causing the seal to split and leaks to happen underneath. Timber batons have been suggested under bath to reinforce but bath may crack when weight put onto the batons.
The issue here is not with the bath it's with the tenants' weight. Anybody any idea where we stand with regards costs or what landlord has to do/not do if the issue is not with the house.

Any help would be appreciated.
