Hi

I have a couple of HMO's and I have had a near miss with a tenant who is now moving out. I have found out he has a history of violence (He has been arrested twice in the last year) and towards some tenants has been threatening in the past. I want to screen my tenants better to avoid tenants like this if I can. I do a basic credit check, is there a check that also checks against a criminal record ?
