I feel it is a good idea Wayne, I have often thought about it myself,
however you and anyone else putting a bad debtors name on the
directory could be challenged over a particular issue or be taken
to court over it( defamation etc).
I think a CCJ via an N1 form is probably the best way forward. If a
CCJ is made against them any checks the RLA do will hilight this
person's name.
