Hi Dave

Western Power removed the meters.

One was quarterly meter, one key meter. Can they do this without a court order or notice. They contend the meter was interfered with, the quarterly meter was possibly because of non payment of account. Both flats have tenants.

What is the legal position/procedure for doing what they did?
