Hi

I am going to take over the responsibility to manage my own property from the letting agent on the 25 Feb 08. The tenant will remain and I will issue a Assured Tenancy Agreement on the 26 Feb 08 for 12 months.

I believe I can issue a section 21 at the beginning of this new agreement as recommeded by RLA, but what date should I put for it to take effect: 25/26/27 Feb 09.

Also would the letting agent have any say in what is agreed between the tenant and myself even through I don't wish to do business with the letting agent anymore
