Hi,

I served my Tenant the above Notice on 01 May, 06 when his tenancy was expiring on 23 July, 06.

How long that Notice is valid after the expiry of the last date of tenancy please?

Could I go to court now on the basis of the Notice or do I have to serve another Notice please?
