Hi, After using the Court Procedure for Possesion of my property, section 21-N5B-possesion order- then instruct court bailiffs(N325)How does this actually work in practice?

I guess the court bailiffs send a notice to the tennant to tell them which date they are coming?

a, bailiffs turn up, with me in tow. Can we gain entry to the Flat by breaking the lock? assuming tennant not in.

b, assuming answer to above is "No" bailiffs turn up, with me in tow.We knock on the door find no one is in, or wont open the door. Do we just walk away? Do I have to wait for another appointment for the court Bailiffs?

Any Help much appreciated.

C, I have checked in the archives of this site, noticed some people have mentioned Private Bailiffs, all the Private companies I have called told me to use the Court Bailiffs?
