am still awaiting a reply to earlier question, which doesn't seem to be covered in the flow diagram!

The question was: althought the tenancy is to continue on the same terms, the section 21 issued at the start of the tenancy presumably expires at the end of the initial agreement . or does it? please advise as to whether or not I need to issue a new section 21.

Also , should I formalise the tenancy in writing and if so is there a standard letter?

appreciate any help as am a first timer
