We have a sitting tenant in a flat who has been in occupation since 1983, and has recently had rent registered at £450 pcm (about one-third market value). She is currently on housing benefit, but owes about 3 months' rent from before this. Any suggestions about claiming this and/or inducing her to leave, or any relevant experience, would be most welcome.
