I bought a block of 6 flats on August 25. I was given 6 tenancy agreements for the tenants in the block. I never issued my own tenancy agreements for any of the flats.

Two tenants have now defaulted for two months and I am about to give them a section 8 notice. How do I stand on using previous landlords tenancies as supporting documents and is there anything I should be aware of. The previous landlord has also forgot to put his name and address on the tenancies which is also making his tenancies illegal.
