I have a tenant that has not paid his rent for two months now and I am finding it impossible to meet him anywhere. Also he uses every excuse under the sun to avoid meeting and why the rent has not been paid.
The latest is he is moving out on Wednesday 8th November but I believe this is yet another delaying tactic.

I need help to resolve this, I have proposed various options to at least obtain some payment but still nothing.

I want to rip his head off his shoulders and make him pay for the worry this is causing my wife and I, so far I haven't and I understand of course I can't do this but where do I go now.

Look forward to help and advice at your earliest convenience, thank you.
