Hi Jim,

I told the estate agent to do the inspection ever three months, it say on the agreement. They said they don't do inspection even three months, they do inspection when the tenant move in the property and when they leave.

My tenant cause the condsation in the property, she said that she has reported to the estate agent back in Augest. But the estate agent never phoned me. I told her to write a letter so then I can show it to my solicitors, she didn't want to.
