I have sent a Sec 8 Notice to my tenant as they are in more than 8 weeks of rent arrears. The Sec 8 Notice says Court Proceedings to start after 14th Dec 2006, if not resolved by then.

As I understand I need to submit Forms N5 and N119 (Rent arrear judgement + Possession Order) with a fee of £150.

It will be thru Blackpool County Court. Please could anyone advise me if I submit the N5 and N119 in Court on 15th Dec 06, usually how long will it take to get the Rent Arrears judgement plus Possession Order.

Thank you,
