My new tenant moved in 5 weeks ago and I was informed of the allegation. I have just spoken to another longstanding tenant who claims that he, and the new tenant were badly beaten up by several men, after the longstanding tenant opened the main door.
Police were called etc, but I was wondering if I should let the new tenant know of the allegations as its strange that this should happen now. Nothing like this has happened at the address before.
