I am having problems contacting tenants that are getting into substantial arrears - nearly two months. Would it be reasonable to fax them at their places of work as they did give us work refernces and contact details there. Obviously the fax might be seen by someone else in the office. Might that be unreasonable or is not something we need worry about?

Thanks
