HMO specific tenancy agreement?

Hi,

Does the RLA provide a tenancy agreement suitable for HMO prperties where the landlord (me!) includes some or all of the bills? I currently use your document printer and I dont think the agreement is 100% suitable for a multi-let set up. Any help/advice would be appreciated.
